Education: BE/ BTech / MCA

Skills:

• Good experience on Core Java, JSP, JSTL, Servlets,  framework (ANY) And Should fromProduct Based Company

• Exposure of developing web application with backend databases like MS SQL Server, DB2, Sybase, Oracle, My SQL, Teradata (ANY)

• Should be good on Open Source projects

• Architect, design and implement J2EE based enterprise solutions

• Define valid product designs that meet client and corporate requirements and specifications.

• Work with team leads and project managers to determine system objectives, constraints and solve design problems.

• Be responsible for the analysis, design and vision of the solution to ensure it adheres to overall end-to-end product development.

• Resolve design/technology issues.

• Ensure that the architecture / design cater to the non functional requirements specified.

• Conduct research to identify new technologies to be adopted to keep the product updated thru Proof of concept.

• Identify new methodologies for making development more cost effective.

• Conduct regular design and code reviews.

• Monitor development progress, course correction and enforce development methodologies for the project.

• Document software designs.

• Provide technical leadership on a variety of projects.

• Ensure proper knowledge transfer related to new technologies to peers and subordinate developers, and project teams.
